Our fees align with the recommended rates set by Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC).
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash | Cheque | All major credit cards
Note: E-transfers are not accepted. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Receipts: An official receipt will be provided once payment is received.
Direct Billing: Many insurance plans cover private speech and language services. We offer direct billing for most major insurance providers. If direct billing isn’t available with your provider, we will provide receipts for you to submit for reimbursement. For inquiries, please contact us.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the session fee. If rescheduling within the same week is possible, the fee may be waived; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Frequent cancellations may result in the loss of your regular session slot and placement on a waitlist until a consistent commitment can be made.
Attendance Policy
Repeated cancellations, with or without notice, may prompt your therapist to suggest adjusting the session time or date to improve attendance. If no resolution is achieved, you risk losing your regular session slot and being placed on a waitlist until a consistent commitment can be made.
Privacy Policy
As a healthcare facility, we adhere to the guidelines outlined by the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information both within our clinic and in public settings. Detailed records of assessments and treatments are maintained as part of your medical record. We take extensive measures to secure clients’ charts and electronic records. When you complete an intake form in JANE, we collect, use, and disclose personal health information solely for the purpose of providing services. We do not share any information with other health professionals without your consent.
