Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee. This fee is waived in cases of emergency, inclement weather, or illness. A full session fee will be charged for appointments missed with no notice ("No Show"). If you can reschedule within the same week you will not be charged, but this cannot be guaranteed. Repeated cancellations may result in losing your regular session spot and being placed on the waitlist until a commitment can be made to attend sessions.

Attendance Policy

If repeated cancellations (with or without notice) become a pattern, this may result in your therapist offering to adjust the time/date of sessions to improve attendance. If no resolution is reached, you risk losing your regular session spot and being placed on the waitlist until a commitment can be made to attend sessions.

The medical record is a permanent account of the patient care provided. We take immense care to secure clients' charts and electronic records. When you complete an intake form in JANE, we will ask that you are aware we collect, use, and disclose personal health information for the purposes of providing services for your child.
